Why this exists
I'm not making money on this, and nobody pays to be on here. I built it for a simple reason: the tradespeople listed are people I actually know and trust, and I wanted them to have a little public backing from me.
And I wanted the folks I know to have one place they can go — and hand to a neighbor — without rolling the dice on a stranger from the internet. When someone asks me “who's your plumber?”, now I've got somewhere real to point them. That's the whole thing.

Every listed professional holds a verified state license and carries their own insurance at the time of onboarding. Not self-reported. Verified.
Repair-first mentality.
Members agree to evaluate repair options before recommending replacement. Honest work at fair prices — that's not a tagline, it's the membership standard.
No middleman.
Homeowners call pros directly. No app fees, no lead costs passed to the customer. We made the introduction. Everything after that is between you and the pro.
