Text updates about a job you're part of

Tradespeople in the Call HTX network use a project tracker to keep their customers and crews in the loop: when work starts, what's next, and when the schedule has to move. If you're on one of their jobs, you can get those updates by text.

How you opt in

You opt in yourself, by texting UPDATES to Call HTX at our project-updates number. The tradesperson running your job will show you this at the start of the project. We never text anyone who hasn't texted us first, and we never sign anyone up on their behalf.

By texting UPDATES to Call HTX's project-updates number, you agree to receive recurring project-update text messages from Call HTX about a job you're part of — schedule changes, what's next, and questions about your dates — including automated messages. What we'll text you

  • When a step on your job starts or finishes, and what's next.
  • When the schedule has to move (rain, a crew change), with your new dates.
  • Whether new dates work for you, so you can confirm or pick another day.

Every text names the tradesperson or business running your job and links to your project tracker. Some texts are sent automatically. We don't send marketing or promotional texts, and we only text about jobs you're part of.

Frequency, cost, and how to stop

  • Message frequency varies by project, usually a few texts a week while work is under way.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

Your number
